He is on top of every detail that needs to be considered, even from other parties, including agents, insurance, etc. He is always responsible and responsive. The rates were going high like crazy at the time I was looking for a loan. He gave me the best rate among 10s of lenders that I contacted back and forth for a week. I locked the rate with him on 1:30 a.m. Yes! You heard it right. He was helping me to lock the rate at 1:30 a.m., as he told me it is going up daily. And guess what he was right! Best Ever!
