Dave my Loan Officer is the GOAT. Dave my realtor (Derek Venema, 3398410 Home Land Real Estate Inc) did their thing and saw me though to the end. Dave told me “Walter, I’m gonna get you this house one way or the other”. And he sure did. I had issues with my income verification but Dave fought through for me to end to get my income straight and never gave up on me or the process. Dave is the guy to go to.
