I had just got home from out of town and was going through the mail and found a small issue with my bill. There is a very nice person by the name of Brenda in the Collections Department with ISPC who assisted me with my payment issue and set me up with auto billing. She was understanding, patient and concise. I was relieved to not accrue any late payments and she made the situation super smooth and I appreciate her very much. Please let Brenda know she's doing an excellent job for ISPC in the Collections Department.

Sales agent was very thorough with his presentation. Since I've been using a water enhancement system for years I was familiar with the difference between filtered and non filtered water. My wife and I decided that we were going to purchase the whole house water enhancement system because of the negative affect of hard water. We noticed the difference in the water the very first day. I purchased 4 years ago and was told that I had a week to cancel after signing. I called to cancel and was told that I was unable to due to only having 3 days instead of one week. The rep lied to me. The only reason why I agreed to get the system, is because the rep was at my house for over 3 hours telling me why it's a great system to have. My kids had already taken a bath, had dinner, and fell asleep on the chair. That's how long he was there and wouldn't take no for an answer. I kept telling him to let me think about it and he kept pressuring me. I wish I never signed on the dotted line for this product. Buyers be aware of this company!!!

I love the different in the water system. It has such a great taste no more smell. It makes everything so much better in cooking and taking showers. I am happy with Rain Soft water treatment systems.

ISPC called me after the install was complete to verify that everything was installed as promised and that we were satisfied. Afterwards they went over the details of the financing and explained our options clearly to be sure that everything that was relayed to us was accurate and understood. Very professional every step of the way!

They were thorough and helpful with every step of the process. I practically just answered questions! Our salesman was super helpful and did not pressure us at all. The technician that came was super friendly and didn’t mind my nosiness to watch and ask questions(even stupid ones). Great experience!

Approval process was fast and easy. They followed up afterwards with us. Very professional and cared about how the process went. Great company and would recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased with this system. Not only do I feel comfort in my water being it’s best. I can see the difference in my skin. I can see the difference in my shower, it has made cleaning easy because it’s washing away all the impurities that were building up from hard water and other impurities. No more plastic water bottles!!! I also love the soaps. Hello Health!
