8/27/2022 Update: new management. great guy! Haven’t had any issues and gotten great customer service so far so of course I have updated my stars. Mariner Finance takes care of its repeat customers! Thank you! It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in this office. They NEVER pick up the phone! So frustrating! 12/28/2021 update: it is still impossible to get a hold of someone at this branch. They never answer the phone. At this point I wonder if this is standard protocol where they are told to not answer phone calls.
