Miss Dee and everyone were very friendly and helpful when I stopped in to use the FREE coin machine. I am looking at opening at least one account with them. Highly impressed!

I have been a customer of this bank for a very long time, since the State Employees days. I mostly bank online so their lack of locations didn't bother me too much. I came by this location to deposit some savings bonds into my account. NOPE. "Try a bank". I know credit unions are member-owned but if you do loans, have checking and savings accounts, have debit cards, etc. you are pretty much a bank. I will take their advice and go to a bank...and then close my account here. If you don't need a loan (they DO have good rates), it's not worth the hassle unless you live near a branch and don't ever move.

Horribly rude staff.. i was having issues with withdrawing my funds through shared banking and the manager was very rude to me.. using a condescending tone very unhelpful… i was very polite with her asking her questions and in turn she was very rude to me. Im not even a member here and i would NEVER considering being one with the way their MANGER talks to people.
