I must admit I was so skeptical of anyone that might replace Ms. Missy because she originally opened my account. However Ms. Nicole has taken over and proven to be an awesome Manager.She is so professional, so patient, and she has all the answers for you immediately! What's more she is quite the people person, always friendly, and always greets you with a smile and a pleasant goodbye.Nicole certainly takes customer service to new heights!
