Just went to this location. For some reason I could not transfer my clients check into my account on the mobile banking app. So I decided to come into this location. it was Wednesday afternoon 6/1/22. The attending lady was so rude. she told me to wait as she continued to eat and talk on the phone. do not visit this location.

I’ve been coming to Ace for over five years and Mercedes has always been professional and very nice with all her customers. I’m glad every time I come in I see her because I know I’ll be treated with respect; awesome customer service. Thank you Mercedes!!

When no one in the area would cash my money order Ace came to the rescue. Its not free. But it was worth it.

The lady with the black hair that closes is VERY rude. She was on the phone during 90% of my transaction and would often roll her eyes as if im taking too long . I wanted to read the fine print on what I was signing and she just kept telling me scroll down and hit accept. When I told her I wanted to read it, she expressed how she had a “line” and that I needed to hurry up. I dont speak spanish however my wife is fluent and once she told me that the woman was calling me names and expressing how she “hates people like me” I took that as a racial slur and me and my wife just left and made her cancel the transaction which she also had an attitude about. This store off Semoran blvd I would NOT recommend. I went down the road to Amscott as their customer service is 1000 times better and made me and my wife feel welcomed.
