Michelle makes me feel like family, she is a great team player and she constantly helps meet her customers requests. She is very personable. Michelle has no problem building rapport with everyone that comes in. This is a great customer service skill to possess. I give 5 stars and would give 5 more if I could for the service I receive from Michelle!

MICHELLE IS AWESOME!!!! I have been going to Ace Cash for loan help for years now and the first person I encountered over the phone was Michelle. She guided me through the process over the phone telling me everything I would need to bring with me in person so that I would not waste my trip. Ever since then, she has been the BEST worker I’ve experience at this company! SHE IS SUPER FRIENDLY, COMPASSIONATE, KIND, AND VERY INFORMATIVE. She works very quickly and efficiently, but in a way that you still know she cares about her customers. My husband and I have never had a bad experience at this location because Michelle is AMAZING! Listen here…these ladies know customer service. They are so sweet. I deal with Michelle a lot and she is wonderful. I can imagine how hard days can get in there but they keep good energy. These ladies need a raise. Seriously. No for real.

Natali Marte at Store #3226 is wonderful at explaining details about any questions regarding my account or what she can do to help me. She’s always fast as possible and makes me feel very welcome. She gets an A+ at customer services skills. Glad she’s there and I’ll be back for her awesome customer services skills.

Experience was good and Michelle was an excellent clerk. She help me a lot in the process in cashing my check since it was a large check. I appreciate her excellent customer service and hope she grows within the company.
