The clerk was very professional and had lots of patience she had a customer that took 30 minutes that did not know how to use the machines but she walked through it with comfort and ease and in a speedy manner

My experience was pleasant; self-assuring, friendly. The assistant that assisted me with my account was very kind, I told her I was learning Spanish she emphasized telling me about the language and informed me details about ACE Cash Express, I believe her name was Anna P. Visited the silver Star and hiawassee location. Ana was the only clerk at 7:30 the night I went. 2 people in front of me when I walked in. She was able to take care of each of us respectfully and professionally. Even while answering phones and greeting the 4 new people who entered after me. Kept a friendly smile the whole time.

I was having a bad day up until I met Lucila. I was at different location prior to on west colonial and the worker was being unreasonably suspicious rather than helpful with me for simply cashing a check. However from the moment I got there, Lucila was very energetic and informative with me that I truly appreciated. She was very helpful and straight forward, I gained so much in the little 10 mins I spent with her compared to the 30+ min at the prior location. Thank you Lucila.
