Normally, banks don't even go this fair to make their customers happy as Advance America did. My customer service rep was Ana. She was very professional, relatable and friendly. She made my experience quick and easy. She understood why I need help and she went above and beyond to do so. The manager of the branch, Sheneka was also great. She was down to earth, friendly and approachable. She was very professional and customer orientated.
