Amscot - The Money Superstore, Orlando, FL

Was well attended yesterday by some lady there. Great customer service. Wish I remembered her name but she was great.

Someone called me from from the company for a loan and told me what I needed I got there and they gave a run around that the end they said I can't get it because of the papers I brought when I told them what the lady said they caught an attitude and the lady denied what she had said

This is the only Amscot I go to because of the customer service. Milly’s customer service is amazing and she’s very understanding :)

Rude female manager. I asked for my 60 day grace period on my loan since I couldn't pay it back at the time, which is allowed by FL law. I was told that I had to come in and tell them that before my loan was due which is not listed in the law at all. She then went on to tell me that I should handle my finances better to come in before my due date, very professional. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Terrible customer service. Was there today to get a money order which they advertise free money orders. Was told by female manager Tom that because I have a work shirt on that is for a company they will not give me a money order. I told her that it wasn't for work it was for personal use to pay a bill. She asked me what it will be used for ? (None of her business.) Explain to her that it had nothing to do with work related. She did not care. I will never step foot in another amscot again. If this goes to corporate do yourself a favor and get rid of her she is not good for your company. Very rude and unprofessional

Celia is the worst employee you guys have she speaks with no knowledge if i could give this place no star i would avoid a hard time go somewhere else

The best Amscot I’ve been to for professionalism and great customer service. Celis helped me this evening and she was very prompt and great at multitasking. Thankful for her! :)
