The staff at this location were very helpful and professional towards me.

Waited 10 minutes to be helped and was bluntly skip by the employee (Larry) and when told him I was there 1st his response was Im following my order... Excuse me sir but OBVIOUSLY you dont know how to keep order if you are skipping customers, making me very upset and late and I was tgere to pay them... Amscot needs to change there system because as I was leaving another customer had the same problem... Def not coming back to tgis location...

Went to get a supposedly no limit no charge no problem money for my sons rent was denied by Roy the manager because of a unpaid balance problem was that it was my son getting the money order very poor had to go to another amscot to get this money order for his rent explained to the manager at the other location that it was my son getting money order he couldn’t believe it .STAY AWAY From this location .

Lucy was so kind, courteous, professional, and helpful! This was the best service I have ever experienced at this particular Amscot location! Lucy truly went above and beyond to help me with my lost money order and even offered to provide an envelope, stamp, and made copies for me! By far Lucy exceeded my expectations and displayed outstanding customer service! I do hope corporate acknowledges her efforts as she is representing Amscot phenomenally! Thanks Lucy for being so kind and welcoming!

Horrible experience please fire the male manager he sucks and has no customer service skills. Will not come back! This is the worst location if i could zero stars I would!
