This company is inept, deceptive, and racist--they actually put CODES on customer accounts to prevent foreigners from talking to Americans, as if there is something wrong with being anything other than American. They will attempt to assess fees on everything. They will not provide the documentation you request. Their website is fraught with errors and inconsistencies that they refuse to correct. They will change their policies every time they lose another class-action lawsuit filed by their customers. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!

If my rate wasn't grandfathered in I would never stay with this mortgage company. After being in my home 10 years. I was 1 month late and they started filling foreclosure on my house. They billed me for a home inspection 11 days after I paid all my bill in full! They nickel and dime you for everything! $18 to process you payment. Everytime my phone rings and I see Ocwen, my blood pressure goes up!

worse company ever, I be asking for a modification for six month. and I'm still waiting. Back in 10/2017 I apply for a modification and today is 02/22/18 and i still waiting. My relation ship manager is so incompetent. Don't waste your time to do business with Ocwen loan.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Horrible company to deal with, really poor customer service, they could care less about their customers, all they care about is the money. As evidenced by the several class action lawsuits against them. Buyer beware, do not use them and run far away if your loan gets serviced by them.

I have been going through modification loan for the last year every time I send documents they said there's a discrepancy and they never want to help you and now my house is going into foreclosure and they say that it's not but it is do not waste your time with them they are nothing but scammers Every time you have an appointment to talk to a relationship manager they never know what's going on and they always tell you to send more documents but they're not there to help you there to see how much money they can get out...
