I don't usually do reviews but this one is worth it, as first time home buyers to a house in probate we had a lot of questions and concerns along the way, but with the help of Leonardo Gurgel, Joe and his team, we were able to finally close. Redefine team were great at communicating (phone calls/emails/text messages even on weekends), trustworthy (Leo explained closing costs at highs and lows; rate lock, monthly payments, etc), and most importantly they do care.
