My husband currently has loan with the palatka, FL office. They have been great thus far, however the past two days we have been trying to call the office only to get the same voice recording as if the office is closed.

Mariner really came through when we needed it! Debbie at the Palatka office is always so kind and made the whole process smooth and simple for us!

Pre-screen offer was not valid. No one contacted me to give me any status. I had to call after 3 days of waiting and there was already a decision. Not sure why they don't call and follow up with loan applications. The offer was not even close to the original offer and would not help my situation. One star was given due to the lack of courtesy to follow up and let me know the loan application status. There are probably better options out there compared to this company.

Debbie did an outstanding job helping me in the loan process. She made it fast, and easy. She is an asset to your great staff. I will recommend my contacts to Debbie, and Mariner Finance. Mariner is there when needed. Awesome!
