I've been wanting to write this review for the longest time and finally have some downtime to do so. :) I can only give Mike Colletti the HIGHEST review possible, if ten stars and above were possible, I would give him ten stars. I bought my first home under the utmost helpful and caring Mortgage Broker in the world. Mike's team colleague Lissa McCoy (awesome realtor) referred me to Mike and we all hit it off instantaneously. If I can write a referral for Lissa too, I would because she is one of a kind just like Mike. This first time home buyer experience was extremely daunting but Mike and Lissa--the amazing and fearless duo made every aspect of the experience memorable, exciting and really fought for me every step of the way with their experience and hand-holding, because I knew the process but was not versed in the details, only Mike and Lissa could really communicate and iron my needs out with the loan underwriters and title.
