I have a VA loan and was worried in the beginning of how difficult it would be but I must say the process was so smooth and quick also. I recommend them for your mortgage needs. So professional and made me feel like the whole team had my best interest from start to finish. One last note I would make is usually after you sign you never hear from them again but with Liberty they actually took the time to email me days after just to make sure everything was good and just to see how much we love our new home, and WE LOVE our new home. To piggyback @shawnfriedman ‘s review from two years ago. Anthony Marino did the same exact insult for us he is a complete scam artist & took advantage of us. He advertised the home as 2050 sqft. when in all reality it was 1930 sqft he advised us to close on the home when final permits and CO’s weren’t in place completely illegal. We went through hell and back trying to get homeowners & flood insurance policies because of these permit issues this builder was having. He pulls credit without permission giving you no opportunity to shop around you have to use him or lose it all! Agreeing on a price of the home he decided to ramp up the price $41,000 more , anthony & his team are completely unethical and unpleasurable to deal with highly advise staying far away from my liberty loans & the builders associated with him.
