The manager of the branch on Palm Coast parkway in Palm Coast remains in hiding while his staff deals with issues that need their supervisors attention.
I tried to close and IRA that was earning almost no interest because during the merger no one contacted me to let me know it was sitting in a savings account. When I went to that branch I was told that Truist implemented and NEW $50 fee for IRA transfers. I asked for the manager to waive it he was in his office alone and the banker said he was too busy. I left and made called for 3 days in a row which were never returned.
I then sent a lengthy letter and was called back by the banker and told her refused to waive it. Never bothered to speak with me himself.

Walked inside, teller snarled, “Give us a minute!” I said, “Good morning to you too.” Very rude. I was at this sorry excuse for a bank on request from my elderly father to make a deposit into his Truist account. I was informed that no cash deposits are accepted unless I was on the account. My parents did not have this issue when this bank was Suntrust. I have informed my parents of what occurred and I have recommended that they close their accounts and find a financial institution that wants their business. I will do whatever it takes to make sure they close their accounts.

My wife has used Suntrust for many years with no issues. Truist took over and closed the drive thru . Now you have to go inside and unfortunately the past 3 interactions I have had with Erica Orlando have all been negative . With customers already unhappy about the the experience an attitude every time and no attempt to problem solve banking at my local Truist has become a negative experience .

I have been banking with this bank for 3 years and I dread going here because of the teller Erika. She profiles me every time and gives me a hard time with my deposits, and because of this, I will be going to a different branch just to NOT see her fake smile. She is disrespectful and does not let the customer speak. I wish Val would still be there because this bank teller is the worst.

I bought a condo and the day before closing Sun Trust Denied my loan The loan officer Harvey said it was due to a forclosure in my past if his Department would have done their due diligence they would have found out That I was not part of the forclosure. I had Signed the house over to my ex. Me and the poor gentleman that I was buying the condo from We both lost money. And to add That the vice president told me I would get my money back because it was their mistake Now I'm being told they will not give me anything back I would strongly recommend not using Sun trust bank mortgage department.

Probably the worst service I have ever received at a bank thanks to teller Ericka. She talked to me in a very demeaning way, talked over me, provided no help whatsoever. Needs some more training or to be let go.
