So I filled out the information online to get a payday loan and when I showed up the representative was very rude first of all. She was asking me for information that wasn't even on the online application. So, I figured would just go with it since I was already there. She then asks me for a bank statement, so I showed her my phone with the information that she needed. She then asks if I can let her see my phone, so I did. As I'm feeling some paperwork out I notice her scrolling through different settings. So after she finished, I had an incoming call and she didn't even have the common decency to hand me my phone back. I had to ask for my phone back so I could place the call. Then after all of that, that asked why do I have two separate bank accounts, and why did I have money going into each. This experience was horrible and I do not recommend them!!

Any time we have to come here, its always a quick amd easy experience; without the feeling of being rushed.
