Long slow process to open an account. Was told they would send all my information in the mail which never came. Tried to login to account online but had issues. Call and found that the branch never requested for online banking which they said they would send info for. Called to cancel a credit card and the guy told me he would call me back to confirm and he never did. Bad CS all around
