If there was a ZERO star available, I would score this Bank there. They are completely unprofessional, they only sell ARM's, they do not answer the phone, they do not return phone calls nor emails, they will run your credit multiple times (lowering your credit score to where you can't go anywhere else & qualify) with OUT your knowledge. Never is a long time, but I strongly suggest any & all to NEVER use this Company.

Met Jason at the PCB branch for a home line of equity loan. I received the necessary forms to fill out before our meeting. The bank is conveniently located from where I live on the beach. Jason was very friendly and helpful. He suggested alternatives and appeared genuinely interested in me as a person and my needs. I look forward to doing more business with his bank.

Sarah is the commercial lender and I’ve spoken to her several times. She is very knowledgeable and can offer commercial loans for equipment construction projects or existing business. She does her own underwriting so it stays local. I highly recommend her.

EXTREMELY Poor communication from the bank staff. I've been trying to open a commercial checking account, which should not take weeks. I have to email them daily for an update on the status. If I don't initiate and ask, days will go by without any communications from them. If they are unable to open an account for me, then they should tell me. Not leave me hanging for days on end. ZERO STARS.
