After getting denied for a finance initially, Malcolm went above and beyond to get me approved with a better rate, more money back, and quicker process. Would definitely recommend working with him for any refinancing or home buying needs

William holt was one of the best people I have ever worked with. He walked me through every step, and let me ask every question I could possibly have. He was patient and professional and when I plan on buying another house in the far future he’ll be my first call!

[edit] I originally wrote this review six months ago...and just recently went back to Tim for another commercial project. Once again, he hit it out of the park. Circumstances in the second pass were similar to the first...complicated, and difficult. Tim worked his butt off to make it happen, and I appreciate it. [original] My circumstances were a bit unusual, and I went through nearly a dozen mortgage people and banks before connecting with Tim at Allegiant. He actively researched a solution, followed it through, was ahead of the transaction from early in the process and saw it through to completion. Not sure what else I could have asked for. I didn't shop price...this was an investment deal and I had a range to work within...but I thought the charges were reasonable and the job was well done. See you next deal, Tim!
