They work from home but still managed to miss mess up my a first time home mortgage. Closed home on the 18th (was set for the 1st) and it ended up costing me 50K what was agreed and locked. Try a local lender…. They have the same rate anyways and less fees.

Kathy & Heather from the start was very professional and stayed that way, throughout the whole process. I sure will update as time goes by (a few years) They did a phenomenal job getting us into our new home. The loan closed exactly as planned. Est. time frame 45 days. Her team was awesome, kept me informed every step in the process. I was referred to Caliber Home Loans by a realtor. The process was quick and easy. The agents are friendly and had time for all my first-time questions and even though we could not meet, face to face A LOT was accomplished over the phone, and through email. I would recommend them to anyone, Kathy Hallmon was the Loan Consultant we spoke to first & Heather Rodgers - Production Assistant was the in-between loan officer. We had a very pleasant experience with Caliber Homes through our whole home buying process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finance a home. We received quick responses and felt that our questions were answered well. The process was smooth.
