Stop doing buisness with this bank they only want to work with people who have lots of money not hard working people of this county. Zero stars for poor buisnesses practices and even worse customer service.

Stopped at this branch to deposit money into my wife's account. Withdrew cash from my account(different credit union) got all 50s the amount to be deposited was $180. Deposited $150 into her account( both my withdrawal and her deposit was thru drive up atm). Drove around and attempted to "break" the last $50 so as to add to my wife's account) told I needed her account number not withstanding I had her ATM card, which your teller could have used to do whatever she wanted to in and out

I've been a member for 31 years. For the past 10 years this bank has done nothing for me. I can get credit for everyone but them. I opened a credit card with them to build more credit with my bank. I was told 6 months of on time payments and they would increase my limit. I've had it a year and a half never late and no high balance and they still won't increase. I pay the credit line down to about $30 to $50 every month. I have to question myself. Why do I stay loyal to this bank. I'd recommend not banking with Tyndall FCU if you are a new potential customer. A manager was supposed to call me but I guess they couldn't be bothered.
I'd love to speak with you! Can I have your direct number? A supervisor was supposed to contact me but that still has not happened. Like I said above I feel I'm not that important to you. I run a lot of money through this bank and if this is the way I'm going to be treated I can make those direct deposits somewhere else that will give me respect.

We always have good report with the Parker Branch of TFCU. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable each and every time. The line was extremely long yesterday but went rapidly. I would highly recommend this credit union if you are eligible.

What can I say that would be any different. I have been a member for 40 years and have always had excellent service from the employees. Today was no exception. Went thru the drive-up, drove up, and within just a few minutes I was on my way. Had the same experience a few days ago. Thanks to all the hard working employees.

I had a terrible experience with Wells Fargo who I was with for 4 years. I ran into income issues and I had to use their overdraft protection to pay for bills and groceries. They started pulling from my charge card! I didn’t know about overdraft protection because I never had to use it! Then it snowballed from there until I owed them so much on the charge! I couldn’t use Zelle either! I wish I would have come to Tyndall a year ago! They are always so helpful, compassionate and caring! I’m still a little confused with it because they do things the old way, like giving your checks back when you pay a bill, which is wonderful! I’ve only been with them since December of 2022, so it will take me a bit to figure things out. Thank you to everyone there! A very grateful member! Teckla
