I came twice today. Only one teller. Both time I waited 20 minutes and left.

Worst costumer service ever , the lady marisol has such a terrible attitude.

I love the tootsie rolls! I love how they have all those windows and try to get to you as soon as possible by having you go to any window. The staff is usually quite pleasant, which is NOT the case at most other check cashing stores I've gone to. They need to open an Amscot in Hollywood.

The wait time is horrible. Makes no sense.

Beautiful staff.I wish EVERY company would visit THIS store...THIS is called customer service!!! The trainer for this company covers ALL the bases with these employees. AMAZING! Fast, efficient, professional, and always service with a smile. The staff is so far above the bar, it reminds me of the olden days when a customer mattered. You're not just a number standing in line which is what we call customer service in America now sadly. And the tootsie rolls are + + +😊. Thank you so much, from a customer who has dealt with you for a very long time and can honestly say it is a beautiful experience.

Visited this location today and was pleasantly greeted. Been here before for notary services and no problem. (Reason they got any stars at all) Needed the same documents notarized again so why not return to the same place. This time the notary took it upon herself to review my documents which contained a lot of personal information. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to add information to my documents which I deemed unnecessary. And if I didn't add the info she wouldn't notarize the documents. Well nothing upset me more, a notary is someone who validates you are who you say/sign you are and matches your name on the documents. I asked if she would offer a free notary service if my documents were rejected and she had nothing to say. Don't ever plan to use this place again because of one employee...
