CFS of South Florida, Pembroke Pines, FL

I have been with CFS for about 4 years i first financed my vehicle through them followed by a personal loan and have been impressed by the customer service. The ladies that run the office are always courteous and professional. Yes, the interest rates are high but I am still very thankful for the service and the fact that they will work with you if you are late. They do not call and harass you a day after your payment is due like some companies. Thank you for your professionlism, CFS.

Would like to have corporate number because I like to go over the phone customer service when I'm trying to get help. they helped a little but I'm having issues because of what time I get paid and I am behind they are helping me catch up which is a great thing but I needed to switch where I said I was going to make the payment to 4 days later so I don't get any a bind with anything else but the customer service person said I have not very helpful said she emailed corporate already. But all I'm asking is to move it for days app so I can pay it. And besides I keep getting it different quotes what I am supposed to be behind to it last month it was one amount that I went ahead and paid it then she said i was still behind another month.

Everyone in this office is very nice people. They are the best group of people to deal with. They treat you like a friend and they are always willing to work and help in any way possible. Shout out to Chrissy for being an amazing person, she worked with me and my husband when we needed assistance with our account and she was very patient and genuine with us. The process was fast and easy and I would definitely RECOMMEND using them and I highly recommend Chrissy in case you have any questions and issues with your account. It was a pleasure working with her. The entire office staffs are extremely professional and care for your needs. Great Place to get a loan and they treat you like family. This place is a total rip off my son purchased a car from a dealer at 13,900 he put 4000 down pays 509 a month had the car for 3 years and his payoff is 12,100 he’s been trying to trade the car and every time we call for the pay off it changes I’m talking with in the hour, wait it gets better he’s being told he’s missing checks 18 and 19 so he’s now supposedly backed up two payments, no phone calls, no letters, no repo why wasn’t he notified ? I’ll tell you why because it ain’t true he provided bank statements showing proof and they still refuse to acknowledge that they are wrong, my son asked for confirmation emails or receipts for his payment transactions and was told they don’t give out confirmation for payments but you can tell him he’s behind two car payments when he’s not, to charge interest for late payments, lastly he has no paperwork for this deal.He’s been calling and requesting for his paperwork and still nothing these people are CROOKS and the reviews are fraudulent!!!!! The car dealership they deal with is a whole different story their CROOKS TOO

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are extremely rude and will take money out of your account even if you have an arrangement and you advise them over 4 times not to take they payments. I am behind on the payment also having issues with the vehicle which they are aware. I spoke to Liz today who is extremely rude, she will be disrespectful and when you respond to her disrespect she will hang up on you. Like she did to me today!!! This is the type of people who do not care about the client. If you want to call a finance company where you speak with polite people this is NOT!!! The place. I have done finance and collection work for small companies and much bigger corporate companies and I can tell you this is not the way you do business.
