Bernadette from the Florida city branch is rude n disrespectful. I went in to pay off a charge account from years ago. Bernadette act like o owed 1million dollars. I said. I have a check. O it’s more than that. She wrote on paper 295.18. Really Bernadette 18 cents. You’re the reason customer service is bad. I will be calling the BBB

Must say they are the best credit union . I have been with them for years and the customer service is Always Amazing . The amount of things they have to offer is amazing I’m truly happy to bank with them . The only thing I do think needs improvement is the app they can make the app a little more modern day looking but other than that no complaints. The wait time is never long I always get 1 call resolution . Thank you power financial

Absolutely amazing experience today working with Coleen Mighty at Power Financial Credit Union. She walked me through the entire process for setting up my Zelle account and Power Financial mobile app. She was super patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service.
