Mrs. Benita is AWESOME!!!...I first made contact with Benita on 2020. After she check my credit, she explained me what I needed to do to get my score up and lower my debt to income ratio. On 2021, I spoke with her again and she told me that I was doing good, but I needed to keep working on my credit. This year, I spoke with her again and she told me it was time to apply. Well, I just closed on my brand new home yesterday. She never gave up on me like other lenders do after reviewing your credit and income. I highly recommend Fairway and Benita for buying a home.
