A very easy application process with very quick responses to any and all questions asked! Our Mortgage processor Amy was AMAZING and made the home buying process much more manageable. She made sure that she addressed any hurdles we faced immediately and her communication was stellar! I would recommend her and members first to anyone looking to purchase!

Janet was amazing in helping me over the phone! When I had called before, another employee had simply told me “No” when I asked if I could raise my spending limit, and she didn’t even provide a reason why. When I called back, Janet instead helped me solve my issue and stayed with me on the phone the whole time. She was super nice the whole time and explained everything she was going to do :)

Members First Credit Union is the best bank ever. I have been in the wholesale lending/banking industry for 22 years and I will never use another bank. They rarely have a wait time, customer service is always extremely helpful and they answer the phone. One of my favorite people there is Janet Fletcher-Moles, she is an asset!

I have to say that I didn’t think there was going to be a solution to my problem. Then I realized I am a teacher and Members First Credit Union of Florida works with teachers. I walked in and was immediately helped by Troy S. at the 9th Avenue branch. She and I talked about options and decided refinancing was my best option. I knew this could take 30 days plus. She told me everything I needed in order to get the process going. Within a week, Troy had all of my paperwork and she started on her end. Then, in came Amy G. Working on the paperwork for the refinancing. It was not an easy task, I know. She got the ball rolling on her end. I explained to Amy that I returned to work, Aug. 2, and asked if it was at all possible to have the closing completed before then. Imagine to my surprise when I was notified everything was ready. This was within 30 days. Amy worked very hard. I’m hoping she didn’t have a lot of other closings on top of mine. If she did, Amy never let on. I know I was blessed. I went to the office and finalized everything, all before I go back to work in 9 working days at the time. I can’t thank Members First Credit Union of Florida, Troy S., Amy G., and anyone behind the scenes, all the way to the very gracious ladies at signing, enough for having trust in me and totally make this refinancing happen. I can now return to the classroom without this worry on my shoulders, especially knowing I’m not having to take off work to get it completed. Needless to say, I will be doing all of my banking there as soon as my first paycheck for the school year is direct deposited into my account. Thank you Members First Credit Union for not closing another door on me. I wish I had come there first. I sent this earlier but I could not remember the name of the lady who was present at signing. Her name is Judy. There was another lady with her as well. I showed up a week early to sign and we both had a good laugh. I returned the next week. Both ladies were wonderful. I wanted them to be recognized as well. I have to add, and I apologize for adding to this review after submitting it previously, but let me say how professional every staff person was whom I worked with. I can’t imagine doing there job having to work with multiple people a day like me. The plus side, I wasn’t a difficult person to work with. Regardless, pleasant, difficult, or rude personalities, I am sure these employees would not be any different in their jobs. You could hear their smile on the phone and feel it through their emails, all involved. I hate saying this, but this is not found very often in a good many businesses in Pensacola, all the way down to the big box stores. These employees obviously live their workplace and jobs. My experience was so positive, and I may have mentioned this above, but I’m leaving a bank I’ve been with for at least 40 years, in Birmingham and Pensacola, to Members First Credit Union of Florida.
