ZERO STARS!!! Do not come here!! They don’t do their job. Had a check from my boss and she refused to cash it not once but twice. I came the other day before closing she turned me away. I figured it was bc close to closing time so I came back here now at 11:04 am and she still turned me away saying she can’t trust the check bc it’s from out of town. Don’t come here. Bad attitude and she won’t do her job.

Excellent fast service had no problem having my employment check casted. Also while there had some great gold jewelry and great prices! Wow Great Place!

Check cashing is so easy. They really worked hard to cash my check. They are patient. The lady worked hard to accommodate me.

Let’s start with when I arrived, there was a return at 2pm sign on the door. I was browsing cash checking places in the area so I sat for a min. When she walked up she was on the phone and the conversation was on speaker she mentioned she had been there for 25 yrs but the level of unprofessionalism let me know she has been there far longer then needed. During my transaction the clerk asked me several uncomfortable questions like my criminal background and Also had me to do some video recording on her in store camera that was super awkward. She stated that since I signed the check at my bank prior to coming there she needed additional information so I didn’t mind providing this. She called all my references called and verified the the check and even pulled the funds out as though she was going to cash the check then waited till the very end after a 20 mins process to deny cashing the check. Now granted they reserve the right to refuse but there were no alarming factors that couldn’t be verified. The reason why I’m giving a bad review is because as a common courtesy to one’s time is , if she had felt all that uncomfortable there was no need to make me go through with all of that verify to deny. A big fat waste of not only my time but the company time as well. I guess she had unlimited time to be a investigator but no time to offer actual service. Btw there is nothing alarming about cashing a 401k check of my own hard earned money. Toodles
