Always easy and efficient, 3rd loan through this company at this location. Best part is no prepayment penalty and to make a principle reduction is as simple as calling the branch location.

Joey was most helpful in arranging my loan and explaining all the details to me. He was great on making me understand everything.

I have been using One Main for years. They gave me a loan when no other place would, and I have bought two cars using them. As with most places dealing with small loans, there are a ton of Hoops to jump through. But, this place is very unprofessional. They have people training and accepting information that have no idea what to do with it. I went down there personally approved for a loan and when I got there the terms of the loan were totally different from what they explain to me on the phone. To the point where the interest rate was going to be 20 + percent. That's ridiculous. Not to mention they were missing a couple of things, which I was able to pull off of my phone, but those things should have been given prior to the appointment. I just declined and walked out. Made sure to take my copy of my driver's license with me as I left. Do not use this establishment. Not sure about all of these locations but the one on 9 Mile seems really shady.

Joey was Great! He deserves a raise. Fast. Friendly. Explained everything. Money the next day.
