I was behind on my payment I went to their office and they told me that they would forward me 100$ and no payment for couple of months. They did paperwork and never mentioned that they were renewing my loan. They don’t have any honesty.

Very professional team. Kind and courtesy. Flexible as long you remain in contact. I was getting back surgery and was stressing so hard about how I will pay my bills for the next 3 months and they loaned me just enough to get through recovery and lost wages. Though the interest rate is very high 29% I was ok with that at a time like this. Payments are low and of balance is paid before the first 12 months then you don’t ever owe the APR. I believe there is another part to this particular statement but I wasn’t able to find it so you would need to reach out to your local office!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH PAYMENT PROCESSING Unfair, DECEPTIVE, ABUSIVE Acts or Practices.Once again they refuse to give me an over payment back! I accidentally made a double payment last week to both of my loans. I auto paid them and manually made the other payments. I IMMEDIATELY saw the error. When I called them they refuse to void the duplicate transactions on my debit card. I have to send them my bank statements now even though they can see the DOUBLE payments to both loans. They are going to make me wait again. Last time they screwed me over and told me "a check is in the mail" for two weeks. It took over a month and it's CHRISTMAS. ONEMAIN WILL WITHHOLD YOUR MONEY FOR MAKING AN HONEST MISTAKE. I know they could have voided the transaction because they've done it for people I know and had to do one in the past because THEY accidentally charged me twice. THEY ARE DISHONEST.

This company bought out Springleaf and the quality is no longer there on customer service interactions. The website is still great, payments are easy to arrange etc. but I definitely won't renew any products or services with this company going forward. They are just another predatory lender now.

I guess this company has a contract with Credit Karma because approval was quick and more than requested. Terrible staff service. Will not return emails or calls. Different person on the phone every time.

Always helped me when I needed it as long as you pay them back in a timely manner. You have nothing to worry about.

Daphne office. Left my loan check on their desk ten days and charged me 34 percent interest on it with good credit. Now a year later and 4000 into an 8500 loan....I still owe 8000 and I have approval to refinance.....and they refuse to give me my paperwork to do so. I'm currently on hold for an hour to resolve this.....don't let them r**** you or they will. I would walk 1000 miles before ever falling for their mousetrap again. There has to be a law against this.
