They sold my deceased ex husband's truck, gave me a check in his name. Sent it back to be put in my name because he had no will. We were recently divorced after 39 years together. They kept the check and won't reply to my inquiries. Only $471.

Wish I could give no stars but cant. This review is to Matt (manager) and Kim at the pensacola branch in pensacola. See you in court!!!! You missed one big piece of info. Now onto my review. For 16 months nothing was reported to my credit. Supposedly was doing some update that an attorney has proved to be a lie. Now part of the class action going against them here. Management is a joke up there. People....you'll do better going to a buy here pay here lot. My only request is Matt and Kim have charged brought against them too. They have violated many rules thus far. Buyers beware. Stay away from here.

I don't understand these reviews, we have 2 loans with pfs, and our credit has come up almost 100 points, so they do report, me and my husband jus got out second loan from them, a little higher payment than we hoped, but interest was ok, AND YES THEY DO REPORT BC WE HAD TERRIBLE CREDIT BEFORE WE CAME TO PFS, jus with one car loan after almost 2 years our credit jumped almost 100 points, and the customer service is great, I highly recommend this place
