At no point did we feel overwhelmed or confused about the process. I would highly recommend Trident Home Loans to anyone who is considering buying a home. You will not be disappointed.

Wow. These guys kept me on track through the whole (confusing for me) process. Answered all of my anxiety driven questions (felt like I’m a huge pain but they kept assuring me I’m not) and answered every sordid question I had. Additionally, on top of that, what they required of me was super straightforward and easy to upload/provide. Their employees are super nice and professional. Now for the best part: they got me an APR/interest rate that is unheard of right now. Everyone I tell is shocked. Literally the only other way a person could get this low of an APR was by signing some builder special. Just fantastic team I’m SO SO SO thankful my realtor, Jenny Jacobson, put me in touch with them. I haven’t owned my own home in a very long time and I’m so thankful for their help! I'm a first time home buyer and heard about Trident through a friend since I was having trouble with my original lender. Kristina my loan officer was great and always available to answer my questions. Furthermore, Trident had the best rate available and customer service outstanding. My real estate agent was agreed Trident had the best rates and we closed in less than a month when I made my offer. Best experience and will only use Trident in the future.

The Trident Home Loans team were friendly and courteous, providing great service. Aaron, Myca, and the rest of the team worked hard to ensure the appraisal and expected closing costs were accurate, the interest rate was low, and quickly responded to any of my questions during the refinancing of my home loan. I never wondered where we were in the process of getting the refinance complete, as they kept me abreast of the timeline and stuck to it. I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Trident loans, they helped make the entire home buying experience simple and stress free. Joe and Kristina were quick to respond and make sure we were doing everything right to have a flawless closing. They were even able to beat our builders preferred lender because they don’t overcharge and are an honest lender.

A lot of companies will claim great customer service and they are very nice and polite. But Trident gives true customer service where you can tell everyone you talk to is genuine and cares. They took time to explain things, didn’t bait and switch on the fees, and still got me the best rate and lowest fees out of all the other companies once you compared the actual fee sheet. Great experience working with them and highly recommend to anyone else buying a house.

Absolutely incredible experience with Trident Home Loans. The process was simple via their online application. I was called by Manny after completing my application and he did wonderfully talking me through the process. I mentioned that I had already done an application with a competitor and Trident easily beat them. The rate difference was so striking that the competitor actually told me that the quoted rate was not true and that Trident would add points as we got closer to closing. It was actually laughable how handily Trident beat them -- and there were no added fees or hidden costs! Manny then handed me off to Angie who worked with me through the closing process including seamlessly handling a change in the closing date. Marty's team at Trident were consummate professionals who made my home buying experience simple, beat the competition by a mile, and kept the whole process completely stress-free. oh yeah, we closed 30 days after starting the application. I have already recommended Trident to friends and family and will use them again.
