Words can never express my sincere gratitude to Sheree Walker. She is more than amazing and went above and beyond when assisting me with my loan. Mine was not the easiest loan request, not to mention it was a Friday afternoon when we were trying to get everything done so I could purchase my new car on Saturday. There were so many moving parts but Sherree handled it with ease and grace and never made me feel like I was a burden on a Friday afternoon. I really cant think of another time in my life that I received such exceptional customer service. I couldn't have imagined the outcome and don't believe it would have happened without Sheree. She is honestly the most kind and professional person I have ever worked with.

I’m a member of FSUCU in Perry fl. I was a member of Tree Capital CU before the FSU merger. Sheree Walker has been my go to for anything I need at the Perry location for years now. Sheree has always made me feel like a true member of the bank and has helped me in numerous financial decisions. I’ve been a member of FSU credit union since the late 80’s. I had such an amazing experience with my loan officer that I had to share. Bought out my vehicle lease and had the pleasure of collaborating with Sheree Walker as my loan officer. Wow, she was amazing from our first conversation until the completion of my refinance loan. I originally reached out to her 3 months prior to my vehicle lease ending to discuss my options and interest rates. Shortly after we spoke, I decided to move forward with the purchase of my vehicle. She guided me through the process while keeping the lines of communications open every step of the way. Even after my refinance was complete with FSU Credit Union Sheree reached out to let me know that she received the title and other documents from prior leasing institution.
