Not terrible. But why do they take my ID and check needing to be Cashed, and then work on 3 other people's things needing to be done at the same time as mine? Like how is that quicker customer service? It isnt. It's annoying. That isn't good customer service. If they need to answer the phone then answer it and put it on hold. Take care of the people in person first.

this place dont even deserve 1 star I stood there for 30 to 45mins waiting for somthin tht take 3mins. I give them my Id nd check nd they still work on other ppl that just walked in. Very un professional nd very low staffed!!!

Not horrible. Not bad if you don’t mind interacting with overly blunt people. The employees that work in here seem to not like their work. Personally, if I see some one being “blunt” in a first interaction; to me, that individual is indeed “rude.” Talk to everyone as if your job is riding on that conversation.

Great people had a really big big big check to cash they could only cash a little bit but the made the rest into money orders and worked with me to come back every day to finish cashing it with no problems
