I'm trying to finish a remodel I started this fall. I'm retired and live off SS. I really didn't think I stood much of a chance in getting help in this matter. I talked with the office manager, he listened to my story as to why. He asked me a few questions to better serve him in his reason to help me. The next morning I went down with the papers he asked me to bring and we talked more. He made me comfortable and listened to what I said. He had an air of honesty about him so I listened to him intently and thought about what he said. He explained the the process of what the next steps would be and I felt comfortable with what he laid out. Within an hour I felt inclined to sign the papers he drew up and I signed. This is not one of those times in which I had any regret in this transaction and felt safe in my decision. Thank you Nick for your and Mariner Finance for your help in this. It was so much easier than I thought and as not a transaction in which I felt fooled or taken advantage of. Thanks for your help
