In response to the COVID pandemic, we started a testing company whose clients wanted the laboratories located at their sites to ensure rapid processing of the test results. Our solution was to convert shipping containers into mobile labs that could meet CLIA certification requirements. Navitas provided financing for this novel approach to an exigent need in a timely fashion. We now have multiple locations and Navitas has helped finance several of these. Professional/reliable and lived up to their commitments.

Do not get any thing financed from NAVITAS. DO NOT FINANCE FROM NAVITAS. They don’t reply your email and calls. Forced me to get insurance on equipment and never told me what’s covered and what is not under the insurance. I already have business insurance but still made me spend extra on there insurance. Wenda Benton called me today and was so rude on the phone. She don’t even know what product I financed with them and keep bringing if you stop payments we will take you too the court and put your credit down. I stopped payments because they don’t reply my calls and emails

Love working with Navitas, their service has been excellent since we have team up with them. Dawn is our current representative; and she has been such a valuable aspect to our growing business. She's always available to answer all of our questions and concerns. She's very helpful on assisting our customer with paperwork. I appreciate Dawn for her assistance; and hopefully we will continue working with her in the upcoming years.

If you want to maximize your time the best doing financing, you'll want the services of Lori. She wastes no time in reaching out to the customer, getting applications submitted, and updating you on the status of the deal, so you always know what is going on. She is extremely dedicated, what she says she will do, she gets done and you never to have to worry if it did get done or not. She always puts her 100 % effort into each deal for you. And you really gain an appreciation for financing, when working with her. DO NOT GO WITH NAVITAS CREDIT CORP. They are dishonest, and slimy and will add extra fees without telling you, that isn't included in your contract. When I discovered this and confronted them did they resolve it? No they spent a month handing us back and forth to different people on the customer service team. Nobody will give us an answer as to how they are charging us extra fees that were not disclosed. We also chose a plan based off of the idea of paying it off early to avoid paying the full interest fees. We asked if there were any early payoff penalties, to which we got a simple, NO. When we tried to pay it all off early a year later, they said we still had to pay the full amount as they don't "charge interest". They set their contracts up in a specific way to where you are stuck paying the full amount no matter what. Was this explained when we asked? NO. We are seeking advice from lawyers right now and they have even looked at our contract and said these people are slimy and play the semantics card to "technically answer our questions but not actually explain things". Horrible experience overall, we feel taken advantage of and frustrated. I wish we could go back and never start a contract with them. It is sad that people can be so dishonest in order to make more money instead of walking with integrity. They don't actually finance, they create an odd contract that is a lease and then you purchase at the end of the FULL amount being paid, but you are stuck paying it not matter how early you want to pay off the supposed "loan".

I've been working with Zak Gragg close to 2 years now; he is diligent and proactive with any truck/trailer I've needed to finance. Explains the deals thoroughly and provides full disclosure of all the details in the contract. Customer service is responsive when needed, overall a solid company to handle your finance needs.
