Viking Capital made the whole pool financing experience very timely and painless. Every person I dealt with along the way was very easy to contact to answer questions I had. When they didn’t know the answer they would always find the information for me and quickly get back with me. I 100% recommend Viking Capital for pool financing. You can’t go wrong choosing them!

Super simple process. David was great to work with and made sure that we were aware of everything that would happen along the way. Our pool company wasn't set up in our system but he was able to get them set up in a timely matter so we could move forward with our dream pool project. Very happy with the process.

When my wife and I decided we wanted to put in a pool for our home, we talked to half a dozen financing companies. Of those, only Viking Capital provided the human touch. Whereas most loan companies make their decisions only on the basis of an algorithm, Viking called and spoke with me. In doing so, I was able to prove via documentation that much of the information on my credit report was incorrect and/or out-of-date. Brook Steiner in particular was a pleasure to work with during the application process and the handoff to Amy Woodward finished off what was a great experience. I cannot recommend Viking Capital enough. I may have given them five out of five stars, but I’d give them 11 out of five if I could. They’re the epitome of customer service and satisfaction. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with a pool loan and Viking Capital, Inc! I wasted a month of my time with another company that said it could do a large pool loan and they were unable to perform. I applied with Viking Capital, for the same size loan, and it was completed in less than two weeks! The process was straightforward. Communication was clear and prompt. I wasn't left in the dark wondering if I was going to get financing for my project! Thank you for being so professional! The years of experience with large projects, such as mine, shows. I wish I would have known about Viking Capital, before I wasted so much time with the other company that claims to be able to do the same thing.

I refuse to do further business with Viking Capital as their staff is deceitful and manipulative in order to try to push an application through. I had a terrible experience with Ed who first reached out to me before waiting for me to contact him as I was told he would. I was transparent with him about what I wanted and gave my income and credit score. After I had sent everything requested over, he asked for my wife's information stating that he needed a higher credit score. At no point did he tell me that he could not move forward with my score. He only said adding someone with a higher score would help more. My score is rated as good but my wife is rated as perfect. He asked me several times for her information and when I provided it he said he still needed my score to be at a 700. I was at a 694..what a joke. I asked him why he wasted my time doing a pull on my wife if nothing was going to change and his response was that I am one of dozens of applications made per day and that he got mixed up about my information like I was just another number. Your literal job is numbers and applications...what else are they getting mixed up over at Viking???? Scary thought. I am not a number I am a person and I will not be treated like this over a large financial decision especially when my wife and I together are definitely more than qualified. That tells me everything I need to know about Viking Capital. You aren't a customer, you're a number and they won't think a second thought about wasting your time.They should be ashamed to market themselves as veteran friendly because my experience was anything but that and I'll definitely be giving a heads up to all of my fellow military brothers. We will be happily be taking our business elsewhere.

Allen and his team were focused on our satisfaction, not the contractors…which was relieving considering all the delays we dealt with throughout the project. They were in Contact with us every 3-5 days asking for updates on progress and explaining next steps in the process. I have no reservations recommending their services to friend or foe! I highly recommend Viking Capital because the loan process is fast and easy to understand. Their team updates me the status of the application and the process of releasing the funds to the pool contractor and explaines to me very clearly the start of the monthly payment. I was not lost with Viking Capital. I am so thankful I found them on line. My only regret is that I didn’t find them soon enough for I could have the entire pool loan amount from them. Viking is a excellent business entity because of the excellent staff they have.
