The Check Cashing Store, Port Charlotte, FL

I work here from Texas and Connie is the definition of southern hospitality, from the beginning she has been so sweet and helpful. We continue to go out of our way just to go to her store every Friday.

Friendly and great company while dealing with a financial checking crisis. She dealt with a situation that the franchise "amscot" couldn't handle OR give an explanation why they couldn't help us after sitting there for 1.5 hours. The Check Cashing Store helped us after amscot failed, and in less than 30 minutes. It was actually a fun experience. Thank you Connie!!!!

I will ONLY use this location because of the staff. Unfortunately, they closed the location in Punta Gorda right by my house. I have gone to another location but found the staff not so friendly (to put it nicely). This location has ALWAYS been extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. Especially Connie. I LOVE her!! She’s my FAVORITE!! The sweetest most down to earth girl. And she will move mountains to help you if she can.

Connie is very professional and courteous and she is very efficient and knows what she is doing! It’s a very busy store and she is handling but PS please get her some help she deserves a Vacation

Connie took us seriously. She is so kind, funny, SMART. She went above and beyond to do her job. I can’t thank her enough for helping us when no one else would. She did her job amazingly. Go SEE CONNIE! She will welcome you with a warm loving smile.

My experience in this Cashing place is so pleasant, Mrs Connie is a amazing person, her customer service are beyond, always with a smile and great attitude and even that I feel embarrassed borrowing money she makes me feel that is ok and I should not feel bad .
