Almost a Bank, Port Orange, FL. There were two CSR. One that was talking to me is rude, lacking customer service, treating me as if I'm a criminal. It looks like she's never heard about email, printer, apps, etc. Like in the 80's, she still tells you: "you have to go to your boss to get a letter ..." This was the most appalling experience I had for the last 10 years!) Disgusting... I was there two times, both times - there were no clients. No surprise, they offer money for referrals. Suggestion to their manager: You should 3X , or 5X your referral pay to stimulate referrals))) I won't recommend retraining (I do not think it will improve their behavior)).

I wouldl like to recommend two outstanding workers at almost a bank! for being so helpful and courteous and professional for doing such a great job and there names are Destiny and Beth and I feel they should be recommended and recognize congratulations ladies. If I could I would like to give them not five stars but 100%

I've been a customer on and off for several years. As long as you bring your valid ID and banking information, you're probably good to go. It does help when you need a few extra bucks.
