Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Port Orange, FL

Update: Still have not received my debit card, I've had to go to the Ormond location for withdrawals. I'm being told it was ordered, over a month now? Samantha was great, fast and efficient. She answered all of my questions, even helped get my OMB set up!

Samantha has been so kind to us. She seems to understand our inability to understand electronics. She expl ains things so that this 78 year old gets it. Thanks Sam!

I come here often not only because I bank here but also to get change for our brewery. Chris is always such a pleasure! He is helpful, happy, and professional. He is a big part of my decision to always go to fifth third versus going to Bank of America. Great customer service! Good job hiring this man and I hope you pay him what he’s worth! ♥️

I visited the Port Orange, FL branch to open an account. I was told that I would have to wait until one of the office people finished working with other customer. 10 minutes later A woman named Nacole finished with her customer, got up and left the bank. All this while the other office person was talking with her customer about car and where to fix a Corvette. Since it looked like they were not interested in helping me I left. Pretty poor customer service.

Sam is a great and helpful manager and Chris can count money faster than anyone else in the known universe that I've seen and with incredible accuracy. I saw Trish came back a bit ago.......this bank has a great sense of humor....she's the most serious one there.

I can't say enough good things about this branch and the awesome team there! This has been my go-to branch since it opened. Chris is always going above and beyond what you would expect. When he isn't in, there is always someone else happily greeting me and to help with my banking needs. Please let them know what a great job they all are doing for their 5/3 customers! I know I do.
