I have been with this company for around 5 years, they were more than helpful and understanding of situations that occurred during and even after the pandemic. Marissa the office manager has went above and beyond to help!! I am now only a few hundred away from paying my car off Thank you to all at AE Auto.

Stay away from this place. They charged our debit card for a payment without our consent which is illegal. When we contacted them to inform them about the payment the office manager became very belligerent and said that as long as she has the card on file she can authorize the card without our consent. We contacted the manager to let him know what took place and he was just as unhelpful as the office manager. There are no legal statues that gives a company the right to charge your card without your written or verbal consent. This place is a fraud that upholds the wrong doings of their employees.
