Lighthouse Auto Finance, Punta Gorda, FL

I make my payments on time, every week! This week, my car won’t start because the past time gps never received my payment... but payment is taken from my bank! Trying to call lighthouse nobody is answering. Call pastime gps services and they say it’s lighthouses problem. I never got a remote from past time and apparently I’m screwed until lighthouse decides to answer the phone tomorrow. Complete BS! I can understand if my payment wasn’t made, but it was and LIGHTHOUSE never put it through to the GPS services.

Don't waste your time, they use a finance company out of Tennessee and you can't them to answer the phone. I called 12 times in row on two different phones at the same time trying to reach two different people no one answers. If you miss a call from them you might as well forget you because you will never be able to reach them, I even went into the Harbor Nissan and asked them to update my payment method nothing was ever done I had to wait and pray I didn't miss the phone call.

I have had no issues with my payments not going through or my car not starting. When I do call and leave a message they call right back

Once I got more familiar with them, I couldn’t help but thinking, “Oh my God, they have my car!”
