Amscot - The Money Superstore, Riverview, FL

I had gone there 2 times, in the first time the guy told me that the system was down but he let me asked him and when I told him that I need to know how much in $ was equal to 280.000 Colombia pesos he said that. I returned again today the girl told me that she didn’t know and the other one that I said I want to send money to Colombia told me that I need to wait for nothing cause it was my turn but I felt that they didn’t want to attend me so I left.

Service was okay. I had to sign the new customer agreement and the clerk walked away while I was reading the terms. She serviced another customer who was behind me and made me wait for her to finish. It wasn't long, but I did think it was a little discourteous to not say anything to me and just walk away. I probably wouldn't come here again because I believe she was the manager.

Worst service ever I had an issue and they lied and said they could not fix it. But in the past it was done no problem. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN AMSCOT A PROBLEM BUT AFTER TODAY IM DONE I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

Lady named Nina I think it was. Very helpful on helping me get advice on something and even went out her way to help me fill out paper work. Good service

The ladies that worked the night of December 2, 2019 were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was horrible. The ladies spoke to myself and my husband with such horrible attitudes. I wish there was another Amscot closer to me.

Was trying to cash a check and the cashier called another number without telling me had me wait 20 minutes while she was on hold just to tell me they couldn't cash it because it was 31 days and they people she had to check it with weren't in until Monday. Never had this happen before.
