Utterly, THE WORST mortgage company I have ever dealt with. After 8 mortgages in 30 years, I can say that I've never experienced a less capable, less professional, less helpful company in all my life. The customer service staff (once you fight your way through the lengthy phone prompts), are disinterested and make promises over the phone to resolve problems just to get you off the phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like your financial future depends on it. - As a side-bar, I'm fascinated by all these 5-star reviews, I call BS.

Working with Caliber Home Loans was great! I highly recommend those looking for a quick and seamless approval process. Especially for first time home buyers! As a solo first time home buyer, my approval process was fairly easy. Patricia Steele was my loan officer and if I could give her 100 stars I would! She was professional, responsive and kind which made my home buying experience a pleasant one.
