OneMain Financial, Riverview, FL

Their customer service is extremely poor. I reached out to them after having Covid, had already paid from my savings for 3 months after being unable to work, requested that two of monthly payments be deferred until I got back to work. Explained my situation to them. I had really wanted the loan to be modified so that I could get back to work and not have the struggle of additional payments from a deferral. I was told that could not be done. I asked if they had any assistance that they could offer due to the pandemic and being out of work due to Covid. They told me that the insurance only covers the payments if you lose your job and are unemployed, not for being out of work due to illness such as Covid. I called them before I got behind on any payments to seek help, they offered no help whatsoever.

After you become their customer you no longer matter to them. They can't provide paperwork to you nor can they deal with you when you have been a good paying customer trying to get a newer loan. You just don't matter to them any longer......If you have a loan with them. Pay it off as soon as you can and don't come back.

Everyone in OneMain Financial were great woth helping me with a loan and explaining everything in complete details. I really liked how I could upload all my documents and when it was time to close for the loan all I needed to do is sign my papers. The loan was quickly deposited in my account the very next day. I highly recommend them and with a not so great great which I had. Thank you!!!

absolutely fantastic customer service. I felt at ease as if I were in my own home. They helped me through a rough patch, and now they have a customer for life. .

People are friendly and nice and Figueroa was amazing he helped my and my wife get squared away.
