I dealt with Connie C. at the Rockledge branch and she is such a sweet. caring and knowledgeable employee of Launch CU. I had to get some of my finances resolved and Connie got the job done and I'm so grateful for her! She is a hard and dedicated employee and you need more Like Connie Chile's. Way to go Launch!

In the past year, I have always had a positive experience with this establishment. Connie was very helpful to my mother and I. She behaved with compassion while updating our accounts after the death of my father, as well as, doing a medallion stamp for my mother. Everything was professional. Connie did 'Go Beyond.'

Connie took the time to find out our problem and worked above and beyond the call of duty to resolve it. It was quite time consuming being she had to run a special report and then contact someone else to give a thorough explanation. It was our error and she resolved it far above our expectations. Thank you Connie, and Launch Federal Credit Union for doing an outstanding job.

Explained everything to me in full detail, were quick and easy for the loan I applied for. Everyone involved was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a personal or home Equity loan.

Firstly, as soon as you go into a launch branch, especially the one in Rockledge, everyone was friendly and greeted all members . Acknowledging you that they’d be right with you or how could they help? Connie was extremely helpful with opening a new account and expedite my loan application. She explained different options and other opportunities the bank offered that’ll be helpful for my needs. I would recommend banking with lunch for multiple reasons from car loans - free checking accounts. What’s not to love.

The Rockledge branch is one of the most awesomest branches I have ever dealt with I come in everybody smiling friendly great service top-notch places always clean the people are Very knowledgeable helpful and they make sure that no matter what I leave hereWith a satisfied feeling Desiree assisted me today to get me a new card and everything was just lovely I appreciate the service I don't want ever want this branch to ever close
