The Check Cashing Store, Royal Palm Beach, FL

It was great. Dana was very fast and courteous. She helped me get money when this was my second time ever here. The Royal Palm beach one is the best one as the provide the best customer service.

I can say enough about the Great Customer service provided by the 2 ladies that work so hard to keep the customers happy. They provide great service very polite and humble being. We need more people like them.

Karen was amazing in helping in a time of need. She explained everything thoroughly and I was neevous to take out a payday loan as I have never done it before but when you are in a time of need, it’s ok. She alleviated my stress. Thank you so much

The ladies at this location are always so friendly and so helpful. I interact with someone different every time but never has it been negative. Shout out to the awesome team here.

Karen and her staff are the best, friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. I can always rely on this location if I need some extra cash instead of waiting for my check to come in. Popular location so there maybe a line when you walk in but usually it goes by quick and sometimes its only like 1-2 people ahead of you. Some advice, with anything financial related, Be smart with how much you borrow, how often your borrowing and how fast your able to pay it back. Or fees/interest will eat you up.

I’ve never met anyone as bad at her job than the clerk at this location. She made me wait when I walked in, then refused to cash my check seemingly because it was 30 minutes before she got off and CLEARLY hates her job! I’ll never step foot in any check cashing store again and thats their loss with the 50-100 bucks per check they’ve been charging me for 20 years.
