Monekia was the best. She was knowledgable and told me my rate and terms up front. When completing contract, no surprises and she even helped facilitate the title work. FFCU had the best rate for car loan with good credit. Thumbs up to Monekia and her team for a job well done.

10 STARS if I could. The bank manager got on the phone to speak w/ me as the loan officer was busy. She could have easily sent me to voicemail...spent 20 mins w/ me! LOVE THEM!

GREAT service. I've used this location for credit union shared branching services. Once I get settled in Jacksonville area I'll be making First Florida my local bank.

Shared branching customers beware!!! Every time I go in this branch I'm treated like trash. If you aren't their member, you get treated like you're there to rob them. If I was going to become their member, I'm certainly NOT now!

Shared Branching services has always been great. But I have noticed a change in service overall at all locations. The location in Harper lane want to charge a fee to deposit a few coins. Forces you to use the coin machine. This service use to always be free with coop share branching. They want to charge now.

My lady friend needed to make a large deposit into a shared account with her broker and they were pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout the transaction.
